is there a particular semantical or syntactical reason (other than
implementation left to do) why \transpose does not respect \relative mode?
If not: I know of the agreement not to file known issues mentioned in the
docs as enhancement requests in the bug tracker, but I guess this might be
a candidate for GLISS. Is there a topic list where I can leave a note?
If it's a question about how or why LilyPond works, it's usual to post it to
the user newsgroup. If it's a clear request for an enhancement, please post
a concise description here and one of the bug squad will add it to the Issue
tracker.
