New patch-set available for review. Restored the definitions for Guile
v1.8 in flower/include/compatibility.hh but these are only now used
explicitly only in (V1.7 and ) V1.8.
Have fixed the files requiring these definitions to explicitly use the
guile API. I.e.scm_from_unsigned_integer instead scm_from_unsigned and
scm_to_uint32 instead of scm_to_unsigned.
Have fixed the unwanted whitespace changes.
