convert-ly on the docs does things like:
-...@funindex \RemoveEmptyStaffContext
+...@funindex \Staff \RemoveEmptyStaves
which it should not do. In other words, a simple global "change all
\RemoveEmptyStaffContext to \Staff \RemoveEmptyStaves" is not good enough.
OTOH, maybe we can special-case this with a "if the line contains a
@funindex, bail out" rule.
In general, we have about 10 hours of work to do on convert-ly and/or
making the docs convert-ly-able again and/or manually updating woodwind
diagram stuff and/or manually updating fretboard stuff (which I'll do right
now) and/or updating the CG with policies to handle this and/or tons of
other stuff.
*sigh* I wanted a nice calm Sunday...
