I didn't fix it until it was in the tracker, and that was just because it was an easy fix while testing some large compiles in GUB. I could have just as easily not done it tonight, and maybe nobody else noticed it because they have lives and spend Sat night doing something... and then we'd have a lost bug report, especially since it was sent to -user and not bugs. It's unfortunate that this wasn't changed ages ago... the text said "lilypond.org", but the target was "lilypond.org/web/", which would make it harder for a casual user to diagnose.
