If reproducible, this is a Critical issue.
However, when I click on the /latest/ link you provided, I'm taken
automatically to /v2.13/ . Do you see that?
From that point, the "back to the" takes me to
lilypond.org/website/development.html, which _does_ exist. Having a
visible /website/ in there may not be optimal, but it certainly works.
I'm using firefox 3.6.10. Do you see that behaviour on chrome? Maybe it
interprets redirects differently...?
