Comment #6 on issue 1303 by n.puttock: Consecutive TrillSpanners may be
chained or stacked, depending on the syntax.

This is a duplicate of issue 923.
The notes without legers are slightly further to the right, which means the
stencil calculation for TrillSpanner can add an extra squiggle (thus
triggering outside-staff avoidance.)
