AFAIK, this has been done on the es and fr docs. We need it done on all
docs before 2.14 -- when I update all the docs to be "2.14.0", it needs to
happen safely and automatically.
This may require the Translation Meister (or anybody he delegates) to alter
docs from other languages.
* unlike all other Critical issues, this issue will _not_ block having the
first release candidate.
