FTR: I know adding a comment in the source file isn't something we normally
do, but since there's no way convert-ly can safely address related
modification (e.g. \accepts line, plus other possible tweaks), it's either
that or a NOT_SMART (which we certainly do want to avoid, because the Piano
template with centered dynamics has been used by a *lot* of people, esp.
beginners).
