Lilypond allows the slur to collide because it is cross-staff.  Also the 
fingering 2, because it is pushed by a cross-staff slur, is ignored in
collision resolution.  Known as issue 36 and several others.

Both these over-fillings of the page are forced by user-chosen options,
so probably not issues at all.
