It is not obvious from the output, but the colliding slurs cross staves.
These slurs, and also the fingering 2 that is moved by the slur, are marked
cross-staff and vertical collision resolution is suspended for all these
grobs.
I see this as identical to issue 1411, and related to 36, 439, 721, and
1043.
(We also notice that the 5-4-1 fingering stack gets very close the the
pedal indication. This looks like 1290, and the solution using
System.skyline-horizontal-padding does work as expected on the 2.12 version
of les néréides.)
