New issue 1458 by v.villenave: MusicXML2ly may overlook notes in a
polyphonic situations

In the following musicXML regtest:
42a-MultiVoice-TwoVoicesOnStaff-Lyrics.xml
there should be a C5 in the second voice, that doesn't appear when
converted to LilyPond code.
A "negative skip" warning is printed during the conversion.
