I don't know if an enhancement or bug is the proper method here, apparently
ChordNames is included by default in:
• ChoirStaff
• StaffGroup
• Score
and it is not present in:
• PianoStaff
• GrandStaff
And, as far as I can tell, the erratic behavior is present for both. Is
there any (dis)advantage to (not) having this context also available by
default in these contexts?
