This and 1474 and 1120 are somewhat related, so shepherding to make sure we
don't break an old fix would be helpful.
If we simply add extra-spacing-height to Accidentals, we risk bringing back
issue 1120, see attached demonstration file.
Also, this issue might not be what really bothers us. I noticed a
difference in spacing, shown well by C.ly, attached, found opinions that
someething had gotten worse over on the -user list, but may have missed in
my attempt to extract the root issue. Both you and Janek like the new
spacing better in the example image.
