New issue 1497 by [email protected]: Staff notation should be able to
represent the notes of the predefined fret diagram.

Predefined fret diagrams for guitar often use notes that are different from
what the chord theory would say. Currently a TabStaff will take the notes
from the predefined fretboard for display, but a Staff will not.
Carl has started thinking about this enhancement, but has never found the
appropriate way to implement it.
