Well, as the complainer I should supply a tiny example. The original fix
for issue 1120 reduced note clearances in general, making old problems
appear more often, such as accidentals colliding with articulations (a
little bit related to 796):
{ c'8( g'-> beses) }
I don't know how to fix the root cause; when note spacing is chosen, it is
not yet determined whether the accent will fit inside the slur, or need to
be moved below. So for now, I propose a patch to restore the note-spacing
clearances of ver 2.12.3, making these collisions much less frequent, with
a narrower change to let notes in meslismata slide over LyricsText to fix
issue 1120.
