I am unable to find an example of the alleged spacing problem. I honestly
thought that I had been seeing lots of changed regtests which didn't end on
barlines, but I've now looked through every regtest comparison from 2.13.50
to 2.13.30, and I can't find a single comparison which had a significant
number of such things.
