New issue 1532 by jan.nieuwenhuizen: completion_heads_engraver mangles

See the attached file: if durations are specified with a factor
such as c1*2, the printed result is not the expected c1 ~ c1,
instead we see c2 ~ c2.
This works fine in 2.12 and was broken in commit 6af4c7db
