Oh, sorry -- this was badly described. By "lilydev-creation", I
meant "creating the original .iso image", i.e. a task for a developer
whenever we want to create lilydev 1.2 or 2.0.
It's not in CG 2.1.1 -- those are instructions for users wanting to install
lilydev.
