This problem is near issue 1076. But I think that they are different.
Because I see that arpeggios are laid out all right when using normal
arpeggios.
So I thought it was just not tweaked correctly for special arpeggios.
However, I do not know specifications well.

It actually looks to me like both types of arpeggio are laid out the same -
if you check the normal one, you'll see it just touches the tail of the note
as well.
