Yes, version 2.13.51 gave a clean result from update-with-convert-ly

Your convert-ly rule for the clarinet diagrams says we need to "update
manually":

Could you update those ?
(It looks to me like no changes are needed, in which case we want \version
"2.13.52" at the top of the file. Possibly the convert-ly pattern matches more
broadly than you wanted.)
