I don't see them as related, but I see that the summary and labels should
be corrected.
The "cells" question is a matter of the build system, where experts fear to
tread.
The "document regtests" is a matter of finding syntax in those .ly files
that isn't in the docs, then figuring out how that syntax works, then
writing docs for it. Each .ly file can be treated separately, this is
definitely Frog material, etc.
