New issue 1602 by percival.music.ca: website build CG info isn't generated

In a stunningly amusing facet of irony -- and, incidentally, the final
proof that we needed that this university is in fact a simulation or
otherwise under the control of somebody/something with a sense of humour --
the "website build" @node of the CG chapter on "build system notes" fails
to build.
Or rather, I see a website-build.html in
build/Documentation/out-www/contributor/ , but this doesn't get copied into
the main build/out-www/offline-root/ stuff.
Credit goes to Colin, who has an amazing knack of running into build
problems. I'm sure that if he wasn't trying to understand+fix the build
system, we'd have no problems generating this page.
Misc thoughts:
- try removing the actual "make -n website" output; maybe that stuff is too
complicated?
- try switching the @smallexample to a @verbatim? no wait, that can't be
it, since texi2html _does_ manage to build it in
build/Documentation/out-www/.
