The beam of last pair of notes extends all the way to the bottom note when
\change Staff = "bottom" is present, for some reason

But this has been fixed *very* recently.
and should be in 2.13.59.
I don't have that downloaded yet, and am still on 2.13.54 and I can't see any
problems in that version.
