Bug is due to an incorrect calculation in
Side_position_interface::aligned_side ()
when 'staff-padding is set and the reference point of the
Y-parent does not coincide with the reference point of
the staff. The returned offset is incorrectly calculated
relative to the staff rather than the Y-parent.
