New issue 1649 by [email protected]: ly:arpeggio::brew-chord-bracket can
lead to tight horizontal spacing

This problem does not arise with ly-arpeggio::print, leading me to believe
that either the bracket print function has incorrect X extents or there is
some hardcoded use of the arpeggio print function that does not account for
the use of substitution functions.
