@Carl (comment 1). I understand that what you're saying is that we now
have a spacing engine that works differently, and if it causes collisions
you've either got to live with it, or increase the system-system spacing
throughout the score? I don't think either of those statements is OK.
2.12 did this beautifully (see below). 2.13 (above) is ugly. Surely
that's a regression that needs fixing?
