We can now build on this. The quantity of information that has changed here
is significant and we have only really focussed on the first 'two thirds'
of what has changed in terms of clarity and layout.
Graham mentioned that he still had comments (prior to the push) so we
should leave this tracker open (Started) until the whole section that was
changed has been checked/fixed/calrified etc.
For now this tracker is (i'd say) 80% done.
