It is not that easy.  You know that we do not write urls in web
texinfo files.  The resulting URL is a crazy combination of refs,
macros, post processing and luck.  In my offline copy, split link does
work, bigpage link doesn't.

In http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.14/Documentation/web/changes.es.html ,
links do work.  If I change the source, for sure I am fixing a link
just to break another.  That has a solution or another, but finding it
requires more time than I currently have.
