what are those inconsistencies? As far as I can see, the problem described in the first report are solved, so I suggest that this issue should be closed. If you want to add new information, go ahead; I'd be tempted to add a separate issue. But in either case, I want to see information in the bug tracker about what the "additional version link inconsistencies" are.
