don't worry - i just found an easy way getting around this: using
http://lsr.dsi.unimi.it/LSR/Item?u=1&id=563
http://lsr.dsi.unimi.it/LSR/Item?u=1&id=563 !
with this you can control if a fingering should go up (+) or down (-) or
stay with the setting in the defined fingeringOrientations!
\relative {
\set fingeringOrientations = #'(right )
\addFingering < a e' g cis e >1 #"-0x0x+0"
}
