Puppy Linux

3 users (Charlie Ledocq on 3 July, Willy Bare on 28 June and Friedrich
Fischer on 31 March) have reported that LilyPond post version 2.13.41 will
not install on Puppy Linux. It has been suggested that the download is
faulty, but it seems unlikely with multiple people and differing versions.
A tpyical error message is:
Untarring lilypond-2.13.56-1.linux-x86.sh
bzip2: (stdin) is not a bzip2 file
tar: Child died with signal 13
tar: Exiting with failure status due to previous errors
