Hi guys,
as you may have noticed I gained some activity again lately.
I think I have to apologize that I faded out of my Bug Squad duty
silently half a year ago. I don't apologize that I didn't have the
necessary time anymore - as that's life and the character of open source
projects. But I should have told more precisely what one could expect
from me and what not. It's just that the air was getting thinner and
thinner, and when I realized I wouldn't be able to pick up again it was
already too embarrassing ...
Now that I'm working a little bit more with Lilypond again I eventually
found my way to the mailing lists again.
As I know my time won't be more predictable in the future, I wouldn't
volunteer again to take some responsibility for tasks that need regular
and reliable attention. But I will try to monitor bug-lilypond and do
some things for the issue tracker when I have the time.
I think any extra minute spent by someone like me is useful, even if I
can't promise any continuity.
This as a general remark, now to my current question:
When do you expect 2.14.2 to be released?
ATM there are many issues to verify that are marked as fixed_2_14_2. So
before this version is released the issues can't be verified.
