There are scheme (format) calls in the various ly/*init.ly files which
cause deprecation warnings when running with Guile V2.
An example is in ly/titling-init.ly

(lilypond-version)
(ly:wide-char->utf-8 #x2014)
))
Guile V2 insists on a port or #t or #f as parameter one for (format)
