what happens if somebody wants to make a document with usletter ? ok, it's a totally stupid size of paper, but that's the only type I can buy in Canada in regular stores. Much worse, what happens if somebody wants to make a document with that "big orchestral music" size? or an a1 poster? or an a8 business card?
