Thats a lilypond-book issue. The problem is that lilypond-book determines
the line-length as 160\mm and inserts this into the file. However, the
paper size says its a8 (7.425 x 5.3 cm), so the line width is larger than
the paper.
I suppose we shouldn't use a line-width at all if we have a paper size...
