http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=1834 From Štěpán Němec: It's great there are various examples at http://lilypond.org/examples.html but the fact that there are _only_ the outputs without the corresponding LilyPond source is somewhat anticlimactic. I sure am not the only one who naturally goes "Wow, how was _this_ done?" when looking at (some of) the examples.
