New issue 1836 by percival.music.ca: lilypond produces images 0.5-1mm too

lilypond (when called from lilypond-book) produces images that are slightly
too wide. We're currently working around this problem in lilypond-book by
reducing the linewidth by 1mm, but a better solution would be to fix
lilypond itself.
