There's a pretty useless directory listing here:
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.15/Documentation/
Note that we currently rely on such listings for the regtests:
http://lilypond.org/test/
but this doesn't mean that we need to have it enabled on all directories.
Potentially we could even make up an index.html for the regtests, and then
disable it everywhere.
If somebody wants to work on this, we should probably discuss the general
idea in more detail before beginning serious technical work.
