I have taken the liberty of adding the missing = and pushing the fix to
master. (commit f5647e3f12454fed076a673bfc8f7972cfd9a4c3). The regtest
context-string-tuning.ly compiles, but I couldn't do a clean docs build,
since that takes way too long on my machine.
