Comment #6 on issue 1301 by [email protected]: Strange collision of note

passes make and reg tests I get some changes but they look ok - although
one (spacing-strict-notespacing.ly) does show the bass clef
colliding 'more' than it did before. All reg tests that showed up are
attached here including a zoomed in one for the strict spacing.
