Side effect of the fix to issue 1598.
If the main staff in "chord-names-languages.ly" had an instrument name, it
would have been misplaced before the fix to 1598.
If I had to choose between the fix to 1598 versus the ability to give
instrument names to ChordNames and Dynamics and Lyrics, I'd pick the fix to
1598, but having both would be best of all.
