I decided to change the grammar with commit
6c3445a0791831d450573cf583da36aecac5322c. The special coding for
\pageBreak and consorts is no longer necessary. I'd still suggest
retaining them as music functions instead of identifiers in Lilypond
(somebody adjust the documentation please?) because that means they can
carry documentation automagically placed into the manual in a useful place.
