Pushed to staging as a59f64bb56e2ccd1f76f52df585a9194ee9b63ca.
This will require another release/version bump once it has moved to master
since files have been updated to \version "2.15.19" with this commit.
I have to say I was somewhat disappointed that nobody commented on the in
my opinion quite nicer interface of \time with beaming patterns, but that's
life.
