To verify this, you will need to be able to run make doc (James?). If you run make doc, and then, without further changes, you run make doc again, you should not see the output pause while it remakes the cs documentation. The output will also not have the line "Must remake target `[snip]/build/Documentation/./out-www/learning/index.cs.html'"
