Pushed bbd4df5bd5cec42e9b3b23eb6bdfa7123a1b2413 and preceding commit to
staging.
Since this syntax change is actually optional, I took the liberty of
cheating and wrapping the conversion rule into the existing 2.15.20 rule
for \accidentalStyle.
So if anybody already ran convert-ly for 2.15.20, he'll not get the upgrade
of his source to the nicer syntax for the two-argument form of
set-accidental-style. I actually severely doubt that anybody _ever_ used
this form, so I very strongly expect the set of affected people to be
empty. And if it isn't, the source code still continues to work. Makes
for nicer convertrules and saves us an extra revision.
