Pushed ae91f1e066925892308a1171df9399eeb0ecc77c to staging. This does not
preclude merging parts or functionality of ly/guile-debugger.ly into it
eventually, but that should be done transparently if at all, meaning that
one must not need to mess with modules before accessing parts of Lilypond.
For an end user sandbox, having to deal with that sort of complexity would
be a showstopper.
