I was running 2.15.10 fine on Lion 10.7.2. (I also just downloaded and successfully ran 2.15.22) Lilypond 2.14 not working. So I think the best thing to do is update the machos-x page to direct Lion users to the Development page http://lilypond.org/website/development.html.
