We don't expect the bug squad to compile anything -- in fact, we discourage
them from doing so. The bug squad should only ever use the GUB binaries,
so that they have exactly the same setup as normal users (disregarding
OS-specific bugs).
In the case of build system stuff, I'm generally content to mark it
verified myself.
