New issue 2140 by [email protected]: warning issued when --default-defining
an option that lilypond doesn't know

when you override a known option like point-and-click everything is OK.
but when you define your own option like
lilypond --define-default=var=#f myfile.ly
a warning appears.
suppressing warnings (with --loglevel=ERROR) isn't a really good solution.
