The only reference I could find for lyqi is Nicolas Sceaux's site http://lilypond.org/easier-editing.html specifically: http://nicolas.sceaux.free.fr/lilypond/lyqi.html This is NOT Lilypond Documentation. This is a developer's own 'utility', I suggest you take it up with Mr Sceaux. His contact details are on the website, but he also reads these lists too.
